My Contribution
Created a system to distribute high-intent, site-visit-ready buyer leads to winning agents.
Reduce coordination by streamlining the process into a transparent and trackable flow.
Introduced a Project Handshake Meeting step to verify project authenticity and align expectations.
Enabled agents to compete through bidding, ensuring only serious and capable agents win leads.
Followed a design system. Collaborated with product manager and developers for rollout.
Constraints
Since site visit bookings were being handled in parallel by the CRM sales team, there was no defined bid closure timeline. This means dependency conflicts, bidding cycles remains open-ended, leading to budget inefficiencies and inconsistent lead attribution.
Solution Strategy
Design a Agent Bidding Platform where agents could onboard projects & bid with other agents to get site-visit ready buyers.
Target Audience - Agents registered with Magicbricks
Key Problem
Site visit package which was sold to builders led to decline in purchases due to poor lead quality.
For builders, Cost per Lead (CPL) increased because multiple follow-ups were needed to onboard buyers.
Key Observation: Agents didn't have direct access to verified, site-visit-ready buyers, impacting their performance.
